My foster moms calls me Neo and I am a bundle of fun! I love to play especially with my brother Rocky Road, he is my best friend and he just gets me! I like to sit on your shoulder and help you with any tasks you need help with! Cooking? I’m there. Cleaning? Count me in! I am very good at showing affection and giving love when you may need it most. I just love, love.
